FedDev Ontario launched a new, easy-to-use application intake process. Applications will be accepted three times a year with a current intake of Sept 12th to Nov 7th.
The Agency will continue to prioritize projects that create new opportunities for underrepresented groups and promote growth across urban centres and small and rural communities alike, with a focus on the priority areas below:
- Clean economic growth – projects that support the greening of the economy, that can contribute to emissions reductions, and that create sustainable jobs
- Growth companies – projects that accelerate innovative scale-up
- Technology – projects led by high-potential firms in cutting-edge sectors (e.g., artificial intelligence, life sciences, and digital technologies)
- Industrial transition – projects that support change in traditional sectors, develop new sectors, and ensure there are opportunities for years to come
FedDev Ontario officials are holding a series of virtual information sessions to walk you through the new application process and to answer any questions you may have. For more information, visit https://feddev-ontario.canada.ca/en/funding-southern-ontario?OpenDocument=
